The Shah Alam-Kemuning Highway or Lebuhraya Kemuning-Shah Alam, LKSA, E 4 is a new expressway in Klang Valley, Selangor, Malaysia. It connects Bulatan Darul Ehsan interchange in Shah Alam until Kemuning interchange near Shah Alam Expressway, E 5.

The construction was started on September 2007. This expressway is expected to be completed on 2009.

- Become a main bypass to Kota Kemuning, Jalan Bukit Kemuning (Federal route 190) and Shah Alam Expressway (E 5) without using Persiaran Tengku Ampuan highway (Shah Alam-Puchong Highway (Federal route 3214).
- Become an access route to Alam Impian townships.
