I'm proposing a Shakespeare Wikiproject Wikipedia:WikiProject Council/Proposals#Shakespeare -- in addition to other interested parties, I'm trying to see if this should be an independent project or a task force of the Wikipedia:WikiProject Elizabethan theatre
