I am claiming fair use on the following grounds.

This image is being used on Wikipedia only to illustrate the text in Silent Hill 4: The Room, specifically that concerning the main character
This is only a low resolution screenshot.
It seems very unlikely that Wikipedia's usage of this image will affect the copyright owner's rights to market or sell this image as they see fit, especially as it can already be accessed for free.
There are no free images that can be used to replace this one, nor do any seem likely to come into existence for at least 80 years.
