This image is of an incredibly rare video game console that has not been made since 1981. These machines are generally considered to be disposable - and only a collector of such things would be likely to have one. Finding one of these systems to take a GFDL photograph of it would be exceedingly difficult - if not impossible. Collectors of these systems generally have their own web sites devoted to their collections and are not usually amenable to Wikipedia setting up in competition to their sites - so the chances of a collector offering us a photo under GFDL is also very small.

Under such difficult circumastances it is felt that retaining the 'fair use' image until such time as a replacement might be found is a legal and expedient solution.
