[edit] Peer review?

Has sexual identity therapy been the subject of peer review in a mainstream academic journal? I couldn't find any such peer review myself, but don't want to jump to conclusions. Fireplace (talk) 15:39, 26 May 2008 (UTC)

Are you asking if there was a paper written on Sexual Identity Therapy that was published in a mainstream academic journal? I don't think so. The therapy was just presented last year at the American Psychological Association convention in San Francisco. Usually, in order to write a paper, you need some results. This therapy is still in its initial stages, and all we have to go on is what was presented at the convention, the endorsements of professional peers, and of course, what mainstream newspapers have said about it. I do know they are planning to revise it this year.Joshuajohanson (talk) 04:55, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
