Talk:Sexual Eruption

[edit] Title change.
No. No, no, no. The title should be "Sexual Eruption."--Josh (talk) 03:29, 29 December 2007 (UTC)
- Yeah, it's obvious "Sensual Seduction" is the clean version. Nowhere on Snoop's site does it say that it's the official title. It just links to iTunes where it clearly says it's the clean, edited version. Spellcast (talk) 03:38, 29 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] talk box/auto-tune usage
Hey. OK- on the page for the SD album which contains this song- it says Snoop uses a talk box, whereas in the text for 'sexual eruption' it says snoop uses an auto-tune device. These are separate devices, with different articles in the wikipedia- which one is correct? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Streamingfish (talk • contribs) 08:10, 30 December 2007 (UTC)
- I think it's an auto-tune. The XXL ref says "Snoop breaks out the Auto-Tune effect on the first single from Ego Trippin'". Spellcast (talk) 05:34, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
http://suckerfreeblog.mtv.com/2007/12/03/snoop-dogg-on-his-sensual-seduction-throwback-video/ is quoting Snoop Dogg as saying: "[...]I actually showed the Talkbox because what T-Pain is doing is not Talkbox. His is Auto-Tune, which is you sing and then they make your voice sound right in the computer. What I did was I played the notes through the Talkbox, that’s why I have the tube in there. And that tube that I’m using is a piece that goes to the keyboard which Roger Troutman was known for." so I would assume that he is using Talkbox and not Auto-tune as written in the article. 80.162.135.174 (talk) 20:23, 19 January 2008 (UTC)
- Yes as shown by that link definately and the tube in the music video definately 100% a talkbox.Parralax (talk) 15:36, 16 February 2008 (UTC)
who knows something about the particular video? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.208.83.247 (talk) 02:02, 18 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Title..again?!?
Ok. The actual song and single are both "Sexual Eruption". "Sensual Seduction" is simply the censored version. track listing is Sexual Eruption, and Dogg's official website calls the single as well "Sexual Eruption". Also the cover from his website says "Sexual Eruption". It's sold as Sexual Eruption and also Sensual Seduction, being the "clean version", so the thing that is was originally titled as "Sexual Eruption" and then got changed is false. And why did the page get moved when the was consensus on keeping it "Sexual Eruption"? No one even proposed it. Udonknome (talk) 17:44, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
