In the female cat, the genitalia include:
- Two gonads
- Uterus
- Vagina
- Genital passages
- Teats

The gonads are cat ovaries in the abdomen[1]. They perform oogenesis and release sex hormones. They are located quite far forward, near the kidneys[1].

The uterus of a cat includes two long, nearly straight horns[1].

Together with the vulva, the vagina of cat is involved in mating and provides a channel for newborns during parturition, or birth. The vagina is long and wide[1].

Genital passages are the oviducts of the cat. They are short, narrow, and not very sinuous[1].

The mammary glands in cats are also called teats. There are eight of them, one pectoral pair, two abdominal pairs, and one inguinal pair[1].
