Talk:Seventeen (magazine)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I deleted :
- The title is said to have come from Frank Sinatra's song "It Was a Very Good Year", which begins with the line "When I was seventeen".
since the song wasn't out in 1944, when the magazine was first created. RickK 23:36, 15 Dec 2003 (UTC)
[edit] What???
There should be a contoversy, because so many people complain about this.
- I agree, there should be a controversy section. I know a lot of parents are opposed to Seventeen. I can't change it, though. I live in the UK where the magazine is unknown.Nukleoptra 16:32, 17 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Also
There has been very few, I think only one or two non-blondes as a covergirl for Seventeen, it has been published in the letters section of this magazine many times. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 71.198.38.213 (talk) 05:55, 5 May 2007 (UTC).
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Albaseventeen.JPG
Image:Albaseventeen.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 19:11, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
