Seth Goldman

Seth Goldman (born 1978 on Long Island, New York and raised in East Irvington, New York) is an American entertainment reporter and producer, who currently appears daily on NBC Mobile, as well as the entertainment pages of MSNBC.com, iVillage.com and all ten NBC O&O TV websites.

Prior to his entertainment career, Goldman attended Syracuse University where he was graduated from the Newhouse School of Communications. He began his career as a news writer at WPIX-TV in New York before moving to WNBC-4, also as a news writer. In 2004, Goldman became one of the first hires at the newly created NBC Mobile, a cellphone TV service that is available on most of the national cellphones companies (ie, Verizon's V-Cast). He quickly became the NBC Mobile Entertainment Reporter.
In 2006, Goldman was the very first cellphone entertainment reporter assigned to cover the Oscars for the cellphone. Since then, he has appeared on the red carpet at most of the major award shows and has personally interviewed most of the biggest stars in the entertainment world.
Goldman lives in New York City.
