SETI@home beta using the Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing (BOINC) platform, is currently a test environment for the following future projects:
- Astropulse—a distributed computing project that is (will be) searching for primordial black holes, pulsars, and ETI —Website
- SETI Southern hemisphere search, which is another SETI@home project that is due to join BOINC in the future. —Website It is expected that this project will possibly use a slightly modified version of the SETI enhanced client.
