My real name is Andrew McLean, and I started editting in Wikipedia in October of 2005. I don't really have much in the way of qualifications, but I like to think I can string words together alright. My user name, as I'm sure you've noticed by now, is Serac. Serac is a fictional character I created in the novel I am currently working on.

Serac is the equivalent of a God, though he refrains from using his power almost all of the time. He prefers to wait and watch so he can see how other people handle things. This is demonstrated time and time again when he predicts unpleasant events, yet does nothing to stop them. This results in countless pointless deaths each day. He demonstrates no remorse for anything he does or doesn't do. Since he knows everything that has and will happen, he believes he can do no wrong. Whenever the lead character, Connor Gavet, questions him as to his motives, Serac will state that it is not his place to intervene. Serac displays no emotions ever, and it is widely wondered if he has the ability to. The legends that follow Serac are innumerable, and timeless. Many believe Serac to be immortal.

Well, that's just a little bit on Serac. If you actually read that, I'm sorry there wasn't anything useful or terribly captivating. I'll close by leaving a few quotes from Serac.

'Love can make you perfectly happy, or perfectly miserable.'

'Humanity is the excuse people use for murder. Isn't it ironic how humanity makes people better than other creatures?'

'Though you may look behind for answers, know that you will find nothing tangible there.'

'Action will reveal what hesitance hides.'
