Is the Oliphaunt-driver guy whom film-Éomer spears Jackson's version of the chieftain? Uthanc 22:09, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
- I don't know if the driver was actually based on Tolkien's Harad chieftan, but he certainly seems to be the central Harad figure in the battle; and since the Harad army in the film seems to have no cavalry, it's possible, although probably character idea independent of "Middle-earth canon". --Grimhelm 15:37, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
