[edit] Intertoto Qualification
Just a note, since somebody missed it (can't blame them!) that Sampdoria also qualified for the Intertoto cup during the 1997/98 season. It was back then when more than one club from each country could enter. Ironically in the end it was Bologna who then eliminated Sampdoria in the UEFA Intertoto Cup 1998. --Simon Lamb 15:48, 23 September 2007 (UTC)
