The list of appearances is probably incomplete, because I don't have all the short story collections or comics, and the usual reference sites don't always mention a brief appearance by Benton or Yates. (They often say "featuring the Third Doctor, Jo and UNIT" or something like that, which doesn't tell me whether Benton specifically appears or not.)
