[edit] Overview
Servigistics is a privately held software company that specializes in strategic service management solutions and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia with offices in Tokyo, the UK and India. Founded in 1999, Servigistics works with Fortune 1000 companies on a fully integrated approach to post-sale service to maximize customer loyalty, revenues and profitability.
[edit] History
Servigistics was founded in 1999 by Mike Landry with a vision of building a software solution which supported the post-sales service business. Landry founded the company with a Service Parts Management Solution which is the process of planning, forecasting and aligning service parts inventories, resource and processes to ensure optimal customer service levels with minimal risk and cost.
In 2004 Servigistics acquired Profit Science which extended the value of post sales service by offering market-adaptive pricing. The solution combines patented pricing methodologies, advanced optimization techniques and market adaptive business logic to the parts business.
Continuing to build on Landry's vision, TransDecisions was purchased in 2006 to continue the support of post-sales service adding extensive workforce and fleet management functionality to Servigistics Workforce Management solution.
Today, Servigistics strategic service management offering includes service parts management, workforce management, knowledge management and pricing solutions that operate together on a single data model to enable companies to transform their global service operations by dramatically increasing profitability, cash flow, and customer loyalty.
