Serkan Balcı (born August 22, 1983 in Nazilli, Turkey) is a professional football player playing for Trabzonspor. He has played for Fenerbahçe SK and Gençlerbirliği S.K.. He is a midfielder who can also play full back. He has been capped by the Turkey national football team.

He was member of Turkey national football team in 2003 FIFA Confederations Cup which finished in third place.
