Sergio Gabriel Martinez (born 21 February 1975 in Quilmes, Buenos Aires, Argentina) is a Spanish based Argentinian professional boxer who fights at light middleweight and is the former WBC Latino and IBO light middleweight champion.[1]

Martinez turned professional in December 1997 in Ituzaingo, Buenos Aires, Argentina. In his debut Martinez defeated Cristian Marcelo Vivas with a second round stoppage.[1]
