Sergei Rylov (born November 19, 1975 in Pervouralsk) is an Azerbaijani figure skater. Until 1997, he competed for Russia. He switched to Azerbaijan after that. Rylov is the 1999-2002 Azerbaijan national champion. He competed in the 2002 Olympics, where he placed 24th.
