Serenity is a single by the hard rock band Godsmack from the album Faceless. The song is known for the drum work and stunning live performances. A video was also made for the song. The song was influenced by Rush drummer Neil Peart's book Ghost Rider: Travels on the Healing Road. The book is a biography that reflects Peart's wanderings on his motorcycle after the passing of his wife and daughter within a two-year time span.
