Seo Hyuk-Su (born October 1, 1973 in Jecheon, South Korea) is a South Korean football player who plays as a central midfielder for the Queensland Roar in the Australian A-League.

Hyuk-Su Seo played every second of the inaugural A-League Season and has currently played the second-greatest number of games for the Queensland Roar, as of December 2006.
Before he moved to Queensland, he played for South Korean K-league sides Jeonbuk FC and Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma.
