[edit] Obviously written by the studio
I'm tired of movie articles just shilling for the studios. Can we get some real information here? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 132.162.209.213 (talk) 03:56, 5 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Why the deletion of the trivia section?
Why was the trivia section replaced with "Marketing?" I was the one who contributed the trivia fact about the banners hanging from the arena in the film as I worked on the set and actually am from Flint, Michigan. I know Wikipedia isn't keen on trivia sections, but I think it's perfectly fine for film articles. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.101.179.137 (talk) 05:12, 25 January 2008 (UTC)
- Deleted or replaced? If it was deleted you can add it back and maybe put a "Trivia Sections discouraged" notice on it, but rephrasing the information or presenting it in other ways would be preferable. It does seem that Marketing or Promotion would be a good way to categorize some of the existing information and avoid having a very long list of trivia if there needs to be one. -- Horkana (talk) 02:23, 1 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] References
This article has but a single reference and a number of un-cited facts (especially under "Marketing"). I added the refimprove tag to note this. (Darthveda (talk) 15:14, 7 February 2008 (UTC))
[edit] yo son
Ferrell has a good track record with comedies, but it seems like he's been playing essentially the same character since Old School. What's your opinion, worth watching? —Preceding unsigned comment added by CabbagePatchCashSON (talk • contribs) 04:26, 4 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Rodney D
How is it that Rodney Dangerfield makes an appearance for two seconds in the last half of this film? He died in 2004. The credits actually have posted Rodney as himslelf!! Maybe it was a digital effect from another film. If so, kudos for Semi-Pro. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.212.146.127 (talk) 22:25, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
