I think this article should be merged into Semantic similarity because 1) the article does not define the concept of semantic relatedness and 2) the article on semantic similarity states that "semantic similarity [is] also called semantic relatedness", i.e., they are synonymic of one another. I think this article should be reviewed by an expert for fairness. It mainly servers as an "advertisement" for Google Distance. It is not a widely accepted measure and personally I think it is not as useful or accurate as other measures. It should not be listed together with other widely tested measures.
