The village of Selce e Poshtme (Albanian, Selcë e Poshtme) (Lower Selca) is located in the Mokra area of the Pogradec district in Albania.

Selcë e Poshtme is believed to have been the capital of the Dassareti kingdom.[verification needed]

On the top of the hill there are four ancient Illyrian graves with the earliest one as old as 4th century B.C.[verification needed]
