Notice that the phrase on the right side says "Sega Saturn shiro!", of which Segata Sanshiro's name sounds like. This phrase can be translated as "You must play Sega Saturn!".

This low resolution static image is used to illustrate the character. It is an official image that cannot be replaced by a free image, and won't harm sales in any way, even if the Sega Saturn still existed - which it doesn't now.
