Sedlčany (IPA: [ˈsɛdl̩tʃanɪ]; German: Seltschan) is a town in the Central Bohemian Region, Czech Republic.
Sedlčany is famous for its cheese Hermelín, which is more commonly known as Brie, or Camembert.[citation needed]
