Security paper

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Security papers are papers which incorporate features which can act to identify or authenticate the product as original or features which demonstrate tamper evidence when fraud is attempted, e.g., to remove or alter print such as amounts or signatures on a cheque. Examples of this kind of papers are those used for documents such as birth certificates, as well as different types of academic certificates (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Certificate).
