Can somebody explain to me why there is the Bulgarian name up there? Never in the last 700 years has there been a particular Bulgarian presence in or around the Marmara Sea. I really think that we are overdoing this whole alternate name thing, honestly. If there is no logical rationale I will remove it soon. Baristarim 00:46, 14 February 2007 (UTC)

Because Sea of Marmara is connected with bulgarian history very long before on this area to come turkish people... See article:Anatolian Bulgarians... Best regards --Pakko 19:28, 9 November 2007 (UTC)
