Sean Rush is an American soccer player.
Rush was selected by AC Milan's very own Franco Baresi to join the youth squad but could not sign due to regulations and not having an EU passport. He was selected after playing three years up against AC milan. The following year, Rush returned to the tournament as a captain and received the honors of MVP against the South Korean National Team. Rush Returned to Italy leaving school behind in the United States on the word of his agent Mahmood Ebrahimzedeh.
At age 19, Rush was the second American to ever sign in Italy's top 2 divisions. (Serie B, FBC Treviso). The first was Alexi Lalas who played for Calcio Padova. Rush holds an EU passport and can sign for any team in Europe without a work permit. Rush attained his passport through his grandfather Willie. His great grandfather, grandfather, and father all played the game at different levels.
Rush was part of the first season For Crystal Palace USA, he received 12 games while scoring an important goal in the 92nd minute against New Hampshire to keep the playoff hopes alive for Palace. Rush received more time towards the end of the season after proving himself through the end of the campaign.
