Seagram's 7 and 7-UP

Seagram's 7 and 7-UP is a mixed alcoholic drink containing Seagram's Seven Crown Blended Whiskey and 7-UP. It is a specific example of the popular whiskey sour (generic whiskey and lemon-lime soda) and is commonly referred to as a 7 and 7.
Although proportions will change with personal preference, the following is a typical recipe for a 7 and 7: Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Add 3 ounces Seagram's Seven Crown Whiskey. Add 3 ounces 7-UP. Garnish with lemon wedge (optional).
