Sea Eagle International Pty Ltd started in 2005 in Australia by Chris Holloway, a shipbuilder and an initiator in Australia for wing in effect development. The Sea Eagle Craft is first few of its kind that is commercialized in Asia Pacific region, compared to the millitary alternatives from Russia, Sea Eagle is used as a commercial ferry and also as a private plane alternative.

The Sea Eagle is a small Wing-In-Ground effect vehicle. It is a 6 seater Wing in Ground Effect vehicle that currently can be shown in [1] The website in Sea Eagle Website shows that.

The Sea Eagle is not a conventional aircraft, but uses the ground effect to fly a few meters above the surface. Sea Eagle is considered as Class B Wing in Ground Effect craft, as it can fly 100 feet above the sea level.

The Chinese CSSR and the Australian Sea Eagle International work together to develop this series of Wing in ground effect craft.

This Commercial Wing in Ground Effect craft is one of the few that has successfully, deploy and used commercially in South East Sea Route.
