[edit] Summary
c. 1917 postcard of a residential street on Capitol Hill, Seattle, Washington, looking south along 14th Ave E from Volunteer Park.
Photographer: Unknown
From the University of Washington Libraries Special Collections Division Seattle Photograph Collection
Scanned from a postcard using a Microtek Scanmaker 9600XL at 120 dpi in JPEG format at compression rate 3 and resized to 768x600 ppi. 2002
They claim certain reproduction rights there, but if this was a c. 1917 postcard, then it is out of copyright, and uncreative reproduction of a two-dimensional public domain work does not create any new intellectual property.
