The above logo is believed to qualify as fair use as it is an image of: a web resolution, and of a lower quality then broadcast/verbatim media releases. The logo provides critical commentary in describing Southern Cross Television. Furthermore it is believed that this logo will not impede the copyright owners ability to profit and is used for critical commentary only, the copyright holder is Macquarie Media Group.
