[edit] Armenian Scouting

Please help expand Armenian Scouting history and also visit User:Phips/workshop/DP-Scouts and contribute, and build this article as well. Surely in the aftermath of the Armenian Genocide, there must have been Scouting in displaced persons camps. I know there is the Homenetmen article, I think there was other stuff going on too.
