This article needs to worked through carefully by someone who would not violate WP:COI (the only edits to date have been by User:Smiclot, who has made no other contributions to Wikipedia other than this article and uploading images of Mr Flanders). This reads like marketing material for the man. He may well be the second coming of Jack Welch, but phrases like: "By initiating significant management reorganization and a strategic shift in focus, Flanders returned Columbia House to profitability." have no place in an encyclopedia. --Legis (talk - contribs) 19:55, 11 August 2007 (UTC)
