A number of useful books on the scooter culture have been written on the scootering scene that could help expand this article. Also some of the pictures are of US scooter clubs. Nothing against them but they could have at least one UK club. Could also be useful for a a paragraph on the history of he scene which is quite detailed (nationals, different organisations).
