The Scout and Guide movement in the former Yugoslavia is served by

• the Okruzna Organizacija Skauta-Sverna Bačka, belonging to the World Federation of Independent Scouts (WFIS)
• the Qendra Nacionale e Vëzhgusëve të Kosovës (National Scout Center of Kosovo), a provisional member of the WFIS
• the Vajdasági Magyar Cserkészszövetség, ethnic Hungarian Scouts in Vojvodina linked to Magyar Cserkészszövetség

The former Montenegrin national badge has red as the central petal, and the blue is a lighter shade, to match the old flag. With the 2004 change in flag for Montenegro, and the 2006 independence referendum, the national badge changed designs.
