Scott Randolph was born October 17, 1973 in Johnson City, Tennessee and has been a Florida resident since 2002.[1] He was elected to the Florida House of Representatives as a Democrat on November 7, 2006

He graduated Bradley University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1995 and the University of Georgia School of Law with a J.D. in 1999.[2]
Prior to his election he worked as an attorney for Clean Water Action, a national environmental organization dedicated to preserving water quality and the environment.[3]

Randolph was elected to the Florida House of Representatives as a Democrat on November 7, 2006 defeating the incumbent Republican opponent, Sheri McInvale by 61% to 39%.[4]
In the Florida State Legislature, Representative Randolph serves on the Committee on Environmental Protection, the Committee on Insurance, the Environmental and Natural Resources Council and the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee. [5]
Representative Randolph is the Democratic Ranking Member of the Committee on Environmental Protection. [6]
He resides in Orlando Florida with his wife Susannah. [7]
