Scott's Real Estate Investment Trust

Scott's Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: SRQ.UN) is a publicly traded real estate investment trust in Canada that owns over 200 retail properties comprising more than 600,000 square feet in 7 provinces across the country. It is managed by JBM Properties.

The REIT primarily focuses on the acquisistion of small box retail and quick service restaurant properties in attractive Canadian markets.
