Scoto-Norman clans

Scoto-Norman clans are Scottish clans that arose after the Norman Conquest. Over time, several lowland clans intermarried with Normans who moved north, introducing Teutonic (Germanic) Norman family traditions and social structures into the native Gaelic traditions.
