Scotia Place

Scotia Place is an office tower in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada that was completed in 1983. It is located at 10060 Jasper Avenue in the heart of Edmonton's Downtown. It consists of two separate towers, with a total of 49 floors (Tower 1 has 28, Tower 2 has 21) It is home to several long term tenants such as Grant Thornton, APEGGA, Ernst & Young & Edmonton Transit. A smaller Tower (Tower 3) consisting of 5 floors is also attached. The namesake in Scotiabank.

[edit] Security/Concierge Service

World class 24/7 Security & Concierge Services are provided by in house staff that work for the Management Company Morguard Investments. The Employees staffing the desk on the Main floor ensure that all floors are secured during the appropriate times by the Control panel at the main desk.

The Concierge service is also responsible for receiving calls from Tenants for Facility services such as minor repairs, and even will arrange to have someone assist with hanging pictures, or moving furniture.

The Building's Main Floor is accessible from its Street Level entrances, 2nd floor pedway, and LRT pedway access points from approximately 5:30 am - 1:00 am Daily

Edmonton's extensive Pedway system allows downtown visitors to travel indoors to avoid the extreme weather. Scotia Place is part of that pedway which is linked directly to both the Edmonton LRT system and Manulife Place.
