This is a Computer Program developed by the ESA and its contractors able to control the satellites. It accomplishes its mission in two different tasks:
- collects the telemetry of the satellites and offers a view of them to the user
- Has a database with all the telecommands of the satellite and its parameters and offers the user an interface to send them and to check their execution status.
It is split in two parts. A client and a server. The server part has several services. The client part has specialized interfaces for the operator's tasks.
