The Santa Cruz-Chembur Link Road (SCLR) is currently under construction in Mumbai which is a capital of Maharashtra in India.
It is expected to be completed in over a year (2008 q4) by Diwali and is currently running over a year behind schedule.
The SCLR and JVLR (Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road) are some of the projects of the MMRDA.
