Scinax sugillatus is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is found in Colombia and Ecuador. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, plantations , rural gardens, heavily degraded former forest, and ponds.
