Scinax blairi is a species of frog in the Hylidae family.

It is endemic to Colombia. Its natural habitats are moist savanna, freshwater marshes, pastureland, plantations , rural gardens, ponds, irrigated land, seasonally flooded agricultural land, and canals and ditches.
