I would like to know the basis in which the rankings have been placed for the schools? The statement that its debatable doesnt seem to help. Could anyone please explain or provide citation? Thanks Wikiality 10:51, 24 April 2007 (UTC)

What exactly is the rationale behind the ordering of the schools, and the numbers assigned to each school?
