Scharendijke

Scharendijke (51°44′N, 3°51′E) is a town in the Dutch province of Zeeland. It is a part of the municipality of Schouwen-Duiveland, and lies about 24 km west of Hellevoetsluis.

In 2001, the town of Scharendijke had 987 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.33 km², and contained 440 residences.[1] The statistical area "Scharendijke", which also can include the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 1370.[2]
