Schmitt trigger with two transitors. Made and uploaded by Audrius Meskauskas, for Lithuanian Wikipedia.

Uploaded the png version also, because the svg version shows well with Inkscape but does not shows well in the Firefox (Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20060202 Fedora/1.0.7-1.2.fc4 Firefox/1.0.7) browser. Who can fix the svg version, please do this.
