Contracts to purchase 4 homes were submitted. I’ve been waiting for 4 weeks to get them executed and nothing has happened. I talked to the sales manager, Scott Villareal, and he assured me that the contracts would be executed the next day; it has been weeks and I’ve seen nothing. I spoke with Mike Wilkinson and also nothing has been done. I spoke with Jennifer, the person responsible for approving the contracts, and nothing has been done. Legend Homes Corp recently offered an incentive on the homes I purchased for an extra $2,000 off. Legend sales employees received an email from Scott Villareal stating that if any sales counselor was to enter into a new agreement in favor of the $2,000 savings the sales employee would be fired. Scott Villerreal now says he does not want to sell me the homes.
