This is a user template for creating plant article stubs, primarily for species on the Wikiversity Bloom Clock which have no Wikipedia article yet. This template must be substituted.
Switch usages:
- The "type" field is dichotomous, using a #switch function. Valid entries are "herb" (herbaeous plant), "tree", "shrub", "vine", and "aquatic" (aquatic plant). This field will add the appropriate indefinite article and a wikilinked word.
- The "cfamily" field is for the common name of a family (e.g., "mustard" for "the mustard family").
If you are not well experienced in using substituted page-creation templates, you probably shouldn't fool around with this template. --SB_Johnny | talk 13:45, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
