[edit] Twin keel development

Since creating this article, I have added a section about Sauber's development of the twin keel suspension layout. I would like to be able to add a couple of citations for the effects of the zero-keel layout on geometry and the reasons given in favour of retaining a single keel (stiffness, etc.) These are aspects that were quite well documented in the specialist press at the time of each development.
